Marina Features
Our marina facility is centrally located in the heart of Casco Bay, the gateway to Downeast Maine. Sitting at the tip of Basin Point, on the water's edge of Pott's Harbor we are a premiere destination for seasonal mariners, transient boaters, and cruising yacht clubs exploring the coast of Maine. With direct, deep water access from the ocean, and protected by the surrounding islands of Bailey, Haskell, Flag, Eagle, Horse, Birch, and Whaleboat, Pott's Harbor is a picturesque harbor to enjoy for a few hours, while you have lunch, or a few days, while you explore secluded coves, pebbly beaches, and even a lighthouse, Half-Way Rock.
Currently, Dolphin Marina is in the process of a major refit of our facility. Working closely with agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection, the Maine Department of Transportation, and the U.S, Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, we are working towards new infrastructure that will not only benefit our customers and guests but our environment and community. Recently certified, with gold status, as a Clean Marina by the Maine Marine Trades Association, we have made a commitment to utilize our unique property in a more sustainable, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.
The Marina redevelopment includes:
- A boater's lounge facility with showers, laundry, restrooms, Wi-Fi, weather station, and chandlery
- New fuel system providing ValvTect Marine fuel
- New dock system
- New moorings, float system, and slips with the ability to accommodate vessels up to 250'
- 24/7 composite pump-out station offered free of charge
- 30A, 50A, and 100A shore power
We will continue to offer:

- Water
- Complete dock service
- Boat storage
- Winterization and Recommissioning
- Shrink wrap
- Crane services
- Boat transportation
- Repair services
In addition to our Marina project we are also expanding our restaurant. We are increasing our capacity to provide a bar and tavern, a waterfront deck for outdoor dining, private dining room, and a patio area. Many aspects of our refit have been completed and many more are to come. We welcome input and suggestions from our guests and look forward to providing the services and infrastructure that a unique and spectacular location such as ours deserves.
